Citizenship requirements: US

Must not be attending high school currently

Must study full-time

Restricted to residents of California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Wisconsin

Restricted by ethnic heritage: Italian
